Birthday celebrations at Moosewood in the Kangaroo Valley

I found an amazing house on Airbnb called Moosewood. The property is located on 40 hectares of farm and bushland with views of the valley and mountains. The house is based on a traditional barn design, it is an old shed that has been converted into a 4 bedroom house with open plan dining, kitchen and living room. The house is light and airy, yet warm enough and cosy on chilly winter nights. The design of the house is cleverly thought out and it has been tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. (We could have stayed for ever!)

If you ever find yourself at Circular Quay in Sydney, make sure you head over to the Contemporary Museum of Modern Art! The museum is located on the harbour edge and is housed in the former Maritime Service building – a great example of late Art Deco Architecture.
